1. How long will it take to repair my cell phone damage?
It depends on the nature of the damage and repair needed. A simple repair such as LCD replacement can take 1-2 hours. Battery replacement may take a couple of days if we need to pre-order the battery for a specific phone model. Motherboard repairs, broken screens, hardware replacement, and other major repairs for phones and laptops may take a couple of weeks.
2. Will you update me on the work you’re doing with my gadget?
Yes. You will receive updates from time to time regarding the progress of the repair.
3. Do you offer an express service since I need my device urgently?
Yes. We offer express services for phones and laptops at a special rate.
4. Can you recover data from my phone or laptop in case it can’t be repaired anymore?
Not in all cases. We understand that your phones, videos, and documents are very important to you, so we will try our best to retrieve them when we repair your device. Some isolated cases of corrupted hard drives or video cards make it difficult to recover data.
5. Will you charge me if the device can no longer be fixed?
No. We don’t charge if a device can no longer be repaired. However, certain fees may apply for diagnostics and clean-up. We will inform you of all the fees before a repair will be done. We will also advise you of the risks involved if we push through with the repair.
6. Do I need to make an appointment to bring my phone or laptop to your repair center?
No appointment is needed. We accept walk-ins but it would be great if you can come by at the earliest time possible so you can get your laptop or phone within the day. If you’ve left your phone for repair near closing time, it could be considered the next day’s work.
7. Should I have my laptop or phone repaired? Or should I just buy a new laptop or phone?
It depends. If you have a broken laptop or phone, you can bring it to us so we can diagnose the problem. If repair is still possible, you can go for it. Some repairs can be costly due to spare parts replacement. Sometimes, if you think that it will cost you more to repair your gadget than to buy a new one, we would be happy to recommend that you go with the latter.
8. How much does a laptop repair cost in Singapore?
It depends on the model of your laptop or phone and the nature of the damage. Generally, an iPhone X costs around S$60 to S$200 to repair. Newer models may require more. Simple repairs can cost less. Conversely, battery repairs and replacement can cost between S$30 to S$95. Of course, we will give you an estimate beforehand so you can decide whether to proceed with

It depends on the nature of the replacement. To give you an idea, LCD replacement costs between S$200 to S$920. Speaker replacement and keyboard replacement cost around S$80 to S$220. On the other hand, Apple-certified repair for phones costs around S$55 to S$420. Oftentimes, choosing to replace your smartphone or laptop with a new device will be the more expensive option. But there are a few situations wherein it may be the right call compared with spare parts replacement.

11. I need someone who can troubleshoot my phone, would you charge me for it?
Most troubleshooting is free. But if we find some underlying issues on your phone that we believe are causing troubles on your phone we would recommend a charged repair. But don’t worry, all of our repairs are affordable.
12. Is there a minimum charge for your repair service?
No. We will first check your phone and based on the issue; we will set a price. We will also inform you if a replacement is needed since the cost for the spare parts such as screens, LCDs, or batteries is different.
13. What type of laptop or phone parts do you use?
