How long will the repair take?
That depends on the nature of the repair. Generally, a basic repair takes 1-2 hours without the queue time. Motherboard repair or liquid damage might take a longer period, 2-10 days with diagnose and monitoring for stability. If parts need to intent from overseas, it may take up to 3 weeks.
Can i view the repair work in progress?

Do u provide express service when i needed the device urgently?
Yes we do provide for a fee, do enquired with our customer care staff.
Can you recover data from my mobile or hard drive?
We understand each person’s data’s photo, video is precious. We will get the best Expert and method to retrieve whatever data in your mobile phone or laptop. You can be assured.
Is there any Charges if there is no fix?
There are no charges for no repair done. There is a Clean-up charges for liquid damages. Diagnostic fee for laptop and Drones may applied depending on the nature of the issue. You will be informed of any charges before any work.
Do I need to make an appointment to bring my computer to you?
Not necessary, walk in is fine. Good if can drop by early; device that came close to closing time will be tomorrow’s work.
